2. Data We Collect and Why

2.1 Server and access logs (Cloudflare)

This website is delivered through the network of Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data (IP address, requested URL, timestamp, browser type) for the purpose of network security and load balancing. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More information: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

2.2 Usage statistics (Umami)

To improve the service we use Umami Analytics, self-hosted on our own infrastructure (analytics.mirgolicious.com). It records anonymised page views and interactions. IP addresses are irreversibly hashed before storage (SHA-256, no re-identification possible). No data is shared with third parties. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in usage analysis).

2.3 Registration and sign-in (Google OAuth)

If you sign in with your Google account, Google transmits the following data to us: email address, Google ID, profile name and profile picture. This data is stored in our database to manage your account and provide the service to you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). Provider: Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. More information: policies.google.com/privacy.

2.4 Payment (Stripe)

For paid subscriptions we use Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin D02 H210, Ireland). When you make a payment, Stripe processes payment data, your email address and a customer ID. We store the Stripe customer ID in our system. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Any transfer to the USA is made on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. More information: stripe.com/privacy.

2.5 Optional links

You may voluntarily connect your Telegram account (storing the Telegram chat ID), your X/Twitter handle or your Solana wallet address to your account. These links are optional, and the respective data is used solely for the connected feature (for example, risk alerts via Telegram). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

2.6 Campaign votes

When you take part in community campaigns, your voting activity is stored. To prevent duplicate votes, an irreversible hash of your IP address is stored (no plain-text log). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the integrity of the vote).

2.7 Third-party market data

The risk data shown is sourced from public APIs (including DeFiLlama, Binance, CoinGecko, FRED). No user data is transmitted to these services; these are server-side requests without user identification.

3. Cookies

This website sets only technically necessary cookies, for which no consent is required:

No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies are used.

4. Fonts

All fonts are served locally from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other external font service, so your IP address is not transmitted to third parties.

5. Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights in relation to us:

To exercise any of these rights or to ask a data protection question, contact: [email protected]

6. Right to Complain

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority depends on your place of residence or the seat of the controller.
